Services

SDT works with almost all reconstructive materials available: printable plastics for models and night guards, zirconia and lithium disilicate for all restorative needs, and titanium for bars and abutments.

Veneers

Our veneers are milled from lithium disilicate blocks of both amber mill and e.max. These versatile materials can be crystallized at specific temperatures to acquire the perfect translucency for the thickness of the designed veneer.

Crown | Bridge

Our crowns and bridges are constructed of both lithium disilicate and zirconium dioxide. LD is typically used for single anterior restorations because of it aesthetic and enamel-like qualities while zirconia is usually used for posterior crowns and all bridges due to its higher strength and resilience.

Screw-Type Ti Base

With the use of MIST implant components, Ti base screw retained crowns and bridges are now easier and more attainable than ever. Any implant crown or bridge can now be turned into a highly aesthetic and practical screw retained restoration.

Custom Abutments

Syndicate Digital Technology is proud to have the ability to design and mill titanium restorative components. With the ability to mill from PreFIT blanks and solid Ti pucks, we are able to create the perfect abutments for your needs.

Titanium Bars

Milling from solid titanium disks allows us to produce and provide even larger components than before. With our precise and efficient milling capabilities we can offer high quality, anodized, titanium bars.

Full Arch

Our full arch zirconia restorations are the pinnacle of digital design and milling technology. These restorations combine the exceptional strength of zirconia with the beautiful and efficient digital workflow making these the perfect modern alternative to typical hybrid dentures.

Printed Models

3D printing has forever changed so many industries throughout the past few years, and dentistry is no exception. With modern, top of the line 3D printers, we are able to offer high quality 3D printed models. These are available in both quadrants and full arches and are all printed in layers as small as 50 microns.

About

At Syndicate Digital Technology we strive to create and produce the most aesthetic and durable restorations with the most cutting edge technologies available.

From our CAD design software, Exocad, to our five-axis milling machine, the imes-icore 350i Loader, we are able to design and mill any restoration from any material available today. As the world around us becomes more and more efficient and reliable because of technology, why not use modern digital laboratory technology to allow us to bridge the gap between technology and nature?

Workflow

Here at Syndicate Digital Technology we take pride in the fact that we can not only support all mainstream digital scanners, but we can also design straight from a stone model if your practice has not been able to make the switch to digital yet.

For digital support, we can accept all STL scans and can import case files such as .3oxz for Trios, .exo for 3M, and iTero project files. When submitting a digital case through our online submission form you can choose to send the files as STLs or as the case files as mentioned above. We support MIST Scan Bodies for screw retained and custom abutment cases and NTTraders Scan Bodies for custom abutments. Please contact for more information about these Scan Bodies.

If you are sending a stone model, please make sure that the model is poured and trimmed properly and that the margins are marked. Please also include a PVS bite registration for proper alignment.

We also have the ability to scan and design straight from an impression. If you are sending an impression, please make sure the restoration is not implant based and please include a PVS bite registration for alignment as well.
